Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials support
Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, Tax
Knowledge of SLA accounting rules and setups
Knowledge of Procurement-to-Pay (P2P)
Expertise in support activities: Ticket lifecycle (Incidents, SRs, Enhancements)
Expertise in root-cause analysis
Expertise in SLA-based support handling
Ability to support finance close cycles, reconciliations, and cross-module issue resolution

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Configure Oracle Fusion Finance applications to meet business needs
Test and deploy new features and enhancements
Provide training and support to end users
Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, Tax
Analyze and resolve functional issues related to Chart of Accounts, Ledger/Legal Entity setup, Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, journal processing and reconciliation, AP/AR invoice processing/payments/receipts, asset additions/depreciation/retirements, bank statement reconciliation (CM)
Support month-end and year-end finance close activities
Perform configuration updates (lookups, tax rules, approval rules, bank accounts, payment methods etc.)
Work with business users to gather requirements and provide root cause analysis (RCA) and solutions
Support Quarterly updates (Patches) impact analysis, regression testing, validation of new features
Manage SRs with Oracle for product defects and coordinate resolutions
