Responsibilities

- 提供数据驱动的解决方案：基于数据洞察，提出针对性的游戏设计、开发和运营策略，例如优化游戏玩法、调整数值平衡、设计新的活动和奖励机制等，以解决游戏面临的问题，提升玩家留存和付费率。
- 建立数据分析体系：建立完善的数据分析框架和流程，包括数据采集、清洗、存储、分析和可视化，并确保数据质量和分析结果的可靠性。
- 数据可视化和汇报：使用数据可视化工具，将复杂的数据分析结果清晰简洁地呈现给游戏团队，并撰写数据报告，为游戏决策提供数据支持。
- 紧跟行业趋势：持续关注游戏行业最新数据分析技术和工具，并将其应用于游戏数据分析工作中，不断提升数据分析效率和质量。
