Data removal policy.

1. Who can ask.

Jobo AI LLC ("Jobo") collects job listings and company information from publicly accessible sources and licenses it to business customers. You can ask us to correct or remove a record if:

• You are named in a listing or company profile, or someone authorized to act for that person
• You represent the employer or company a listing or profile is about
• You own copyright, trademark, or other rights in content we deliver, such as listing text or a logo

2. How to ask.

Email support@jobo.world with the subject "Removal request" and include:

• The record: its URL, Jobo ID, or enough detail for us to find it (for example the company name and job title)
• What you want: correction, removal, or that we stop processing data about you
• Who you are and, if you act for someone else, your authority to do so

We may ask for information to verify your identity or authority before acting. We use it only to handle your request.

3. Copyright and trademark notices.

If you believe content we deliver infringes your copyright or trademark, your notice should also include:

• Identification of the work or mark you claim is infringed
• Identification of the content and where it appears in our Services
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for them
• Your physical or electronic signature

If content you are responsible for was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address explaining why, with your contact details and signature. We may restore the content if the complaining party does not pursue the matter.

4. What we do.

• We acknowledge your request and aim to act on it within 30 days
• If we agree to remove a record, we delete it from our Services and take reasonable steps to prevent it from being collected again
• We notify customers who received the record. Our Terms and conditions require them to delete it from their own copies within 10 business days
• If we decline a request, we tell you why

Our customers operate their own products and are independent controllers of the copies they hold. If you see a record on a customer's site, you may also contact that customer directly.

Our Privacy policy explains where public job and company data comes from, why we use it, and the rights you have under laws such as the GDPR and U.S. state privacy laws.
