A hunter mindset skilled in prospecting and lead generation, a consultative approach to understanding district challenges, and an execution focus for managing complex sales cycles are essential. Experience selling to superintendents, cabinet-level leaders, or boards of education is strongly preferred. The role requires the ability to travel several times per quarter.
