Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in Product/UX Design and at least 3 years of experience leading a Design team, with ownership over department systems, processes, and team performance. Experience with AI and a customer-obsessed mindset are also required.

Candidates must have 4-7 years of industry experience as a full stack engineer and at least 1 year of experience with Ruby or other backend/server-side frameworks. A minimum of 1 year of experience working on a large, complex web application in production with React is also required. Candidates must be located in the United States and have experience designing and leading large technical projects for engineering teams.
