Responsibilities
- Bedienung moderner Spritzgießmaschinen, Zahnradpumpeneinlaufstände sowie automatisierter Montageanlagen
- Qualitätskontrolle von Kunststoffteilen und Baugruppen
- Verpackung von Kunststoffkomponenten und Baugruppen inklusive Versandvorbereitung
- Dokumentation von Produktionsprozessen und Chargendaten zur lückenlosen Nachverfolgung
- Durchführung von Nacharbeiten an Kunststoffteilen bei Qualitätsabweichungen
- Entfernung von Angüssen sowie Sortierung und Sichtprüfung der gefertigten Teile
- Tempern von Kunststoffteilen zur Sicherstellung der Materialeigenschaften
