Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Arizona. We are a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization dedicated to transforming mental health care by providing exceptional support to our team.

What We’re Looking For

We are hiring independently licensed clinicians in Arizona who are passionate about making a difference and growing with us. We are particularly interested in candidates who:

  • Are willing to see 10-15 sessions per week.
  • Are behavioral health generalists, open to seeing couples/children with our support.
  • Value autonomy while also enjoying being part of a team.
  • Are interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Possess strong character, including integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist license in Arizona.
  • Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Compensation

  • Up to $25,200 annually, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
