Position Overview

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Tennessee. What We’re Looking For

We are hiring independently licensed clinicians in Tennessee who are passionate about making a difference and growing with us. We are particularly interested in:

  • Providers willing to see 10-15 sessions per week.
  • Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children with our support).
  • Clinicians who value autonomy while also enjoying team collaboration.
  • Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Individuals with strong character, valuing integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted LPC-MHSP, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist license in Tennessee.
  • Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Compensation

  • Up to $25,200, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
