Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Massachusetts)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Massachusetts. We are a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization dedicated to transforming mental health care by providing exceptional support to our team.

What We're Looking For

We are hiring licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to make a difference and grow with us. Ideal candidates will:

• Be willing to see 10-15 sessions per week.
• Be behavioral health generalists, open to seeing couples/children with our support.
• Value autonomy while also enjoying being part of a team.
• Be interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
• Possess strong character, including integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts.
• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Compensation

• Up to $30,800, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
