Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Louisiana. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state of Louisiana to practice.

Compensation

• Type: Fee for Service (W2)
• Range: Up to $23,000
• Components: Flat Rate, plus two bonus opportunities. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

• Independent Licensure in Louisiana: Must hold one of the following:
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Experience: Must have experience in diagnosing.
• Availability: Willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
• Specialties: Behavioral Health Generalists – open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Growth Potential: Candidates interested in growing into leadership roles or supervisory positions are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions to clients in Louisiana during evenings and weekends.
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans.
