Independently Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (Part-Time, Evenings/Weekends)

Location: Arkansas (Telehealth)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends within Arkansas. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state of Arkansas.

Compensation

  • Type: Fee for Service (W2)
  • Range: Up to $23,000 annually
  • Components: Includes a flat rate, plus two bonus opportunities. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Arkansas:
    • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
    • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
    • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Experience: Must have experience diagnosing.
  • Commitment: Willingness to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
  • Clientele: Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
  • Growth: Candidates interested in potential future leadership/supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth counseling sessions to clients in Arkansas.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide ongoing therapy.
  • See a minimum of 10 clients per week during evening and weekend hours.
