Warehouse Associate/Driver (Oakland, CA) at Dealer Inspire

The base pay starts at $24.00 per hour, with an opportunity to increase base pay after completing the first 45 days of employment. There is also a monthly incentive bonus based on individual contribution and warehouse team performance.

Warehouse Associates/Drivers work primarily first shift Monday-Friday, with schedules that can vary based on business needs. The position is in Oakland, CA.

Candidates must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license, able to pass a driver’s road skill test and DOT physical, have good communication skills in English (bilingual a plus), and be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. frequently and 90 lbs. occasionally, with continuous standing, lifting, bending, pivoting, and comfort at heights up to 25’ using material handling equipment.
