Warehouse Associate/Driver (Charlotte, NC) at Dealer Inspire

The base pay starts at $19.50 per hour, with an opportunity to increase base pay after completing the first 45 days of employment. There is also a monthly incentive bonus based on individual contribution and warehouse team performance.

This is an on-site role in Charlotte, NC, with Warehouse Associates/Drivers working primarily first shift Monday-Friday, and schedules varying based on business needs.

Requirements include being 21 years or older, having a valid driver’s license, ability to pass driver’s road skill test and DOT physical, good communication skills in English (bilingual a plus), lifting up to 70 lbs. frequently and 90 lbs. occasionally, continuous standing, lifting, bending, pivoting, and comfort at heights up to 25’ using material handling equipment.
