Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related technical field, along with 10+ years of leadership experience in data and analytics, including a track record of building and scaling high-performing data teams and cloud-based data platforms. Deep expertise in working with large, complex datasets, predictive analytics, machine learning, and advanced analytical tools is required, as is experience leading the development of a robust and scalable data platform.
Responsibilities
As the VP of Data & Analytics, you will develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy, build and lead high-performing data teams, facilitate collaboration with business leaders to identify innovation opportunities and improve operational efficiency, oversee the design and maintenance of data pipelines and warehouses, and own pricing strategies. You will also be responsible for communicating complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring data quality, and empowering self-service analytics.
