Requirements

  • Bachelor- eller mastergrad innen ingeniørfaget (maskin, elektro, mekatronikk)
  • Høy fokus på sikkerhet og kvalitet, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Kjennskap til relevante standarder og regelverk
  • Gode norsk og engelsk kunnskaper, skriftlig og muntlig
  • Evne til å lede tekniske rotårsaksanalyser
  • Ønskede kvalifikasjoner
  • Ingeniør med minimum 5 års erfaring med teknisk vedlikehold fra industrien, og gjerne fra prosessindustri
  • Kunnskap innen pålitelighetsteori og metoder
  • Beherske data/digitalt verktøy og ha kjennskap til data-/vedlikeholdssystem
  • Erfaring og kunnskap innen kontinuerlig forbedringsmetodikk (LEAN) er ønskelig
  • Erfaring fra å jobbe med multidisipline oppgaver
  • Løsningsorientert, engasjert, strukturert og kundefokusert
  • Evne til å arbeide selvstendig og strukturert, samt være en god relasjonsbygger

Responsibilities

  • Støtte eksisterende vedlikeholdsorganisasjon
  • Analysere og definere kritisk utstyr og optimalisere vedlikeholdet
  • Ansvarlig for å utvikle mennesker, opplæring og tekniske ferdigheter for å maksimere operasjonell utstyrstid og anvende beste praksis innen vedlikeholdsmetoder og systemer
  • Være del av et team som eier relevante verktøy og arbeidsprosesser som Asset Integrity Light Assessment, RCM/FMECA, kritikalitetsanalyse og andre relevante pålitelighetsstrategier, i tråd med ISO 55000
  • Lage, oppdatere og implementere vedlikeholdsstrategier, planer, standard operasjons prosedyrer, delelister og materiallister for nytt og modifisert utstyr
  • Gjennomføre vedlikeholdsanalyser, utarbeide vedlikeholdsstrategier og følge opp resultater for kontinuerlig forbedring
  • Implementere prediktive vedlikeholdsteknologier for å øke utstyrsoppetid
