Requirements
- Ability to complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with others
- Skills in managing freight flow: moving/loading freight manually and with powered equipment (e.g., pallet jack, lift, pacer)
- Proficiency in identifying, counting, separating, combining, and scanning freight using warehouse management systems, scales, and scanners
- Experience maintaining records, logs, and forms
- Knowledge of keeping work areas organized, stacking/moving empty pallets with pallet jack/powered equipment
- Ability to monitor freight for cold-chain and species compliance
- Familiarity with palletizing, machinery, material handling, order picking, pallet jacks
- Customer/member-centered approach: showing care, asking questions, exceeding expectations
- Judgment skills: using policies/procedures/data for decisions, recognizing/reporting problems
- Planning skills: accepting responsibility, identifying steps for work

Responsibilities
