Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in policy implementation and compliance, is required. An active Top Secret (TS) Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility is mandatory, along with IAT Level 3 certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CASP+.

Responsibilities

The Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) will develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies in compliance with NIST, RMF, and FISMA regulations. They will ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations and conduct risk assessments to develop mitigation strategies. Additionally, they will deliver cybersecurity training programs, implement continuous monitoring processes, and maintain security documentation.
