Requirements

  • Age 21 or over
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Cannabis Industry experience preferred
  • Ability to focus and be task oriented
  • Ability to work as a collaborative team member
  • Ability to keep organized and have extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per shift
  • Consistent hand eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand motions
  • Ability to perform light repetitive lifting of up to 15lbs
  • Ability to lift 20lbs unassisted

Responsibilities

  • Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
  • Adhere to weekly production requirements as set by Supervisor
  • Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
  • Work with a large team of 8-16 Trim Technician 1s on a daily basis
  • Wet trim 15-30 cannabis plants per day
  • De-stick based on the production needs of the day
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to improve and promote quality
  • Quality check and process wet and dry marijuana plants
  • Maintain time and attendance and all other conduct related requirements at all times
  • Clean equipment thoroughly and maintain an organized work area
  • All other duties as assigned
