Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements and user flows into user-friendly web interfaces
- Develop high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications that clearly communicate design intent to non-designers
- Champion the principles of web design, ensuring a seamless and optimized experience across a range of screen sizes and resolutions
- Design and define intuitive and innovative gesture-based interactions to enhance usability and create a fluid user experience
- Stay at the forefront of web UI trends, patterns, and technologies, and be a vocal advocate for their application within the BitMEX platform
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering team to iterate on and refine UI elements based on user feedback and performance data
- Regularly present design solutions and prototypes to the broader Retail Product team and key stakeholders
