Requirements
- Experienced licensed Therapists, including LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs
- Active and unrestricted state license to practice independently in Maryland (willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure if requested, paid for by Talkiatry)
- Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions
- Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills
- Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools
- Commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care and practicing to the highest ethical standards
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of Providers, including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a wide variety of interventions and modalities
- Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff
- Utilize custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support patient messaging, track patient progress, and gain insights into outcomes
- Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes
- Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care
