Responsibilities

As the Therapist Enablement Specialist, you will monitor therapist performance and provide feedback, analyze therapist scheduling data to identify trends and inefficiencies, contribute to resource development and initiatives, ensure timely access to clinical support for new therapists, execute Therapist Enablement workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to metrics reporting, maintain a respectful relationship with therapists and other professionals, gather process improvement feedback, leverage a data-driven approach, and perform other duties as assigned.
