Responsibilities

Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Assess patients' needs through comprehensive assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and facilitate treatment team meetings
Provide counseling and support using evidence-based techniques
Educate patients on mental health/substance use conditions, self-care, and treatment options
Document patient progress, sessions, goals, and interventions within required timelines
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (e.g., psychiatrists, social workers, case managers) internally and externally
Report and document suspected cases of physical, sexual abuse, and/or neglect per state law and system policy
Participate in clinical initiatives, projects, and activities for continuous improvement
Ensure patient safety, facility safety, and adherence to all regulatory compliance
Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining knowledge of department processes, protocols, and procedures
