Responsibilities
- Perform sampling and inspection of incoming materials, parts, and components
- Conduct precise measurements using advanced tools like CMMs, OGP, and optical comparators
- Record and document all sampling and testing results in LIMS Lab Vantage and SAP
- Perform transactions, transportation checks, and labeling of materials
- Maintain accurate records, arrange document destruction, and send equipment for calibration
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and work according to HSE procedures
- Handle complex technical tasks in Quality Control Labs, including inspection, testing, and analysis of products and raw materials
- Make significant decisions and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams
