Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in backend development in Microsoft environments within an agile context
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, creativity, innovation, and autonomy
- Proficiency in the following technical stack:
- Backend: C#, .NET Core/.NET
- Frontend: Blazor, Angular / React / Vue
- Testing: NUnit / xUnit
- Azure: AKS / Container Apps, Azure PaaS / SaaS (Azure Function, Service Bus, App Service, Data Factory, Cosmos DB…)
- Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, NoSQL (Mongo DB, Cosmos DB), Graph
- CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub
- Methodology: Agile / Scrum, TDD, BDD, DDD
- Security protocols: OAUTH2.0, OpenID, Saml, ADFS

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end users to understand their needs and develop a shared product vision
- Participate with QA and PO in writing BDDs
- Participate in agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily meetings, sprint retrospective)
- Lead analysis and technical design phases
- Implement tasks while respecting clean code principles
- Participate in code reviews and propose improvements to code quality and architecture
- Prepare and present demos to end users
- Set up testing strategies
- Work on continuous improvement of team craftsmanship and clean code practices
- Act as technical referent and assist juniors with their technical tasks
- Participate/animate weekly "ruches": technical presentations for collaborative technology watch
