Requirements

Candidates should have at least 7 years of backend experience, preferably in C#, with a focus on data-heavy applications. A strong understanding of scalable systems, microservices, and software design principles is required, along with hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture. Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines, performance optimization for large datasets, and fluency in English are also necessary. Experience across the full development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to deployment and optimization, is essential.

Responsibilities

The Tech Lead will develop and optimize RESTful APIs in C#, lead feature development, and improve cloud architecture in AWS. They will contribute to CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, and collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers to build scalable features. The role involves owning the performance, availability, and security of backend services.
