Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting or related field preferred)
0-2 years of Tax and/or Cash Management experience preferred
Experience with daily cash positioning, funding of bank accounts and short-term investments, and prior use of a Treasury Workstation preferred
California Registered Tax Preparer (CRTP) holder or working toward designation a plus
Excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge of Excel
Strong organization and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail while ensuring security of confidential information

Responsibilities

Preparation of daily cash position and funding requirements
Analyzing financing and investing needs
Managing treasury functions and platforms
Assisting in performing strategic long term cash flow analysis
Maintaining tax records
Assisting in preparation of federal, state, and local tax compliance
Inputting financial information into tax software applications and models
Assisting with financial and tax related preparation and filing
Supporting the team with various tax and cash processes
Overseeing monitoring of wire and bank transfers
Administering bank related software and programs like Kyriba Treasury Workstation
Managing bank accounts
Assisting in cash movement
Administration of corporate cards
Preparation of tax related documents, like workpapers, returns, and projections
Assisting with filing extensions
Maintaining Secretary of State annual filings and renewals of business licenses
Using data and analytics to assist in long term cash flow analysis
Researching new products to enhance strategy of cost-effective and efficient Treasury services
Identifying opportunities and creating scalable solutions
Assisting in the collection of unclaimed property
Maintaining the administration of Corporate payables and authorizations
Maintaining various lines of credit, CD, and money market accounts
Assisting in IRS, FTB or various county audits
