  • Majoring in public relations, journalism, or communications (encouraged)
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
  • Currently seeking a baccalaureate, masters, or doctoral degree and enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university (or as required by university co-op program)
  • Achieved 24 semester hours of academic credit before beginning the first work term
  • Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement
  • Pass applicable background checks

Responsibilities

  • Assist communications unit with producing mass communications, including employee stories and announcements, agent articles, mass emails, and specialty publications
  • Develop smaller-scale communications plans
  • Collaborate with communications colleagues on large-scale plans
  • Report directly to the Senior Communications Manager
  • Work on impactful projects (10-14 week program, mid to late May to August)
