Interest or background in transfer pricing, international taxation, corporate strategy, fiscal law, economics, and finance
Responsibilities
Participate in structuring and implementing transfer pricing policies linked to company strategy and operational models
Assist in valuing complex intragroup flows: financial products, transfers of activities or intangible assets, etc
Contribute to drafting transfer pricing memos and reports from an economic and/or tax law perspective
Participate in defending companies during tax audits or disputes, including developing defense arguments and negotiating advance pricing agreements and amicable procedures
Contribute to the economic section of transfer pricing documentation: market studies, research on comparable companies
Perform financial analysis of comparables and tested companies, calculate financial ratios, profitability studies, sector and market condition studies
Conduct legal research in tax matters: case law, tax treaties, international tax law
