Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified by the ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate experience practicing as a PMHNP, preferably in a telehealth setting; prior RN experience in psychiatry/behavior health is preferred; and they must be able to obtain and maintain an active and unrestricted license.
Responsibilities
As a Staff Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Talkiatry, you will provide supportive therapy and medication management to patients, conduct minimum 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-up visits, and utilize custom-developed technology including an integrated EMR for provider-to-patient messaging, telemedicine, and patient outcome tracking; you will also maintain a strong in-house referral network and contribute to the efficient operation of the practice by retaining a high percentage of earnings and benefiting from lighter administrative burden and schedule flexibility.
