Requirements

More than 5 years of experience in the industry
Solid experience in development and infrastructure
Experience in setting up and scaling ML training, testing, and production pipelines
Proficiency in programming with Python
Experience with Java and Kotlin is a plus
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Airflow, and distributed systems
Understanding of statistical methods, optimization techniques, and machine learning algorithms
Enthusiastic and ready to innovate
Fluent in English (recruitment process in English)

Responsibilities

Play a central role in creating and optimizing the machine learning and AI platform
Collaborate with Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering teams to build and maintain performant ML pipelines, from feature creation to model deployment
Develop optimized infrastructure for training, tuning, and serving models at scale
Select and integrate the best tools for each stage of the ML cycle (orchestration, feature store, distributed computing, artifact registry, etc.)
Leverage expertise in key OSS ecosystem technologies (primarily Ray, MLFlow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
Improve batch and real-time processing systems, ensure robust and maintainable code
Mentor and support the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
