Candidates must be full-time MBA students with 3-6 years of experience. Experience in product management at a high-growth enterprise software company is preferred. Familiarity with ServiceNow's platform and AI-enhanced technology is a plus.
Interns will undertake research, design, and execute analysis to address complex high-tech problems. They will help frame and structure problems, work closely with team members and stakeholders, and contribute to business strategy. Responsibilities may include setting product vision and strategy, defining roadmaps and success metrics, developing and testing product ideas, working with customers to understand needs, conducting competitive analysis, enabling go-to-market teams, defining pricing and packaging, providing best practice content, and driving customer adoption programs. Interns will also support senior program managers and collaborate with Product Managers, Product Design, and Development Teams.
