Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline, and have at least 8 years of experience in Medical Affairs, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Authorities. Experience with real-world data (RWD) generation studies and a strategic vision for diagnostics are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Manager, Medical Affairs, you will provide daily business operations support to Medical Affairs activities, focusing on Abbott Rapid Diagnostics (RMDx)/Cardiometabolic and Informatics (CMI) products. This includes developing and executing strategic activities for medical affairs, collaborating with experts to enhance the clinical utility of Point Of Care testing (POCT), publishing key studies, providing medical and scientific information to support healthcare providers, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies. Additionally, you will respond to healthcare providers’ requests and manage RWD generation studies.
