Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in front-end development, specifically with design systems. Strong proficiency in Angular, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript is required, as well as experience with component libraries and prototyping tools. Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Front End Engineer – Design Systems will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the design system, including strategy, architecture, implementation, and maintenance, ensuring scalability and consistency. They will rapidly build and iterate on coded prototypes to bridge the gap between design and development, architect modular and reusable UI components, act as a trusted partner to designers and engineers, develop and manage an enterprise-grade component library in Storybook, define and implement processes for design-engineering collaboration, meticulously test and validate work, and create a forward-thinking architecture for component versioning and system evolution.
