Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow with HRSD Module
- Familiarity with IT Service Management processes
- Well versed in technical aspects of ServiceNow including UI Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Server Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Widgets, etc
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development with ServiceNow Modules like HRSD
- Expertise in HR domain
- Hands-on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules
Responsibilities
- Develop custom integration components (SSO, CMDB, SAS connectors, etc.) and integrate legacy systems with ServiceNow using mid-server, web services, chatops, email, and other relevant technologies
- Apply business concepts into technical solutions
- Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow including integrations with other applications
