Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
- 3–5 years of hands-on expertise in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service)
- Familiarity with Power BI Premium, Fabric, Dataflows, and Gateway configurations
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of Power BI solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment
- Build and optimize data models (star schema, snowflake) for analytical efficiency
- Develop complex DAX calculations and measures for business insights
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and governance for data access
- Optimize reports for performance, scalability, and usability
- Collaborate with business users to understand KPIs and analytical needs
- Integrate Power BI with Azure services, SQL databases, APIs, and other data sources
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and reusable templates for BI development
