Requirements

  • B.S. candidate in Cell & Molecular Biology or related discipline
  • Basic knowledge of molecular biology, cell biology and biochemistry
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with aseptic cell culture of mammalian cells
  • Experience with tissue dissociation
  • Experience with flow cytometry
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis
  • Independently motivated, detail-oriented, and excellent problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Processing tissues into single cell suspensions for use immunobiology assays
  • Aseptic culture of primary and immortalized mouse and human cells
  • Setting up, performing, and collecting and analyzing data for in vivo, ex vivo, and in vitro immunogenicity assays
  • Preparing cell samples for flow cytometry assays
  • Data analysis, interpretation, and presentations within the team
