Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech–Language Pathology, be licensed/certified in Speech–Language Pathology, possess a minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in Speech–Language Pathology, demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent organizational abilities, and maintain current CPR certification. A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a reliable automobile in good working condition are also required.
As a Home Health Speech Therapist, the individual will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care, ultimately contributing to patient recovery and functional improvement.
