Requirements

Proficiency in C++ development, with attention to secure coding, memory management, and thread safety
Experience working with web technologies (JSON, XML, REST) and securing APIs
Familiarity with open-source libraries and managing related security risks
Hands-on experience with security tools like Checkmarx and Burp Suite
Understanding of cloud platforms, especially Azure, and secure deployment practices

Responsibilities

Analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities in C++ code and third-party libraries

Ensure secure communication protocols (REST, JSON, XML) and API security across cloud infrastructure (Azure Kubernetes Services)
Apply security testing techniques such as SAST, DAST, and API testing
Continuously enhance platform security through code audits and proactive improvements
Interpret results from automated scanning tools (e.g., Mend, Burp Suite) and implement appropriate fixes
Document findings and support teams in understanding and resolving security issues
