Requirements

3+ years of full-stack experience (range from 2 to 15+ years considered)
Experience in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Backend experience in Java, Go, or Rust
Skilled in building scalable distributed systems
Experience integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs (e.g., tRPC)
Experience optimizing large, real-time datasets
Ability to ensure smooth, responsive interfaces and performance under heavy load
Strong system architecture reasoning
Strong eye for intuitive UX for complex workflows
Clear communication across technical and non-technical teams
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, data visualization tools, and WebGL (preferred)

Responsibilities
