Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on distributed systems and asynchronous workflows. Experience with building scalable and reliable backend services is essential, along with a demonstrated understanding of architecture, scalability, maintainability, and reliability. Familiarity with product thinking and the ability to write and engage with product specifications is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer, Control Plane, you will focus on building user-friendly but powerful tools and products for enterprises to efficiently onboard onto Hightouch and manage and scale their Hightouch deployments. You will contribute to the development of a flexible and powerful access control framework, adapting and extending its capabilities to support product growth. Additionally, you will work on developing tools to manage changes in customer data models and data warehouses, ensuring downstream impacts on Customer Studio schemas, audiences, and data pipelines are effectively addressed.
