Note: This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to building and scaling our UI frontend and RESTful API backend as part of a distributed development team.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features.
  • Agile development: writing and maintaining code.

Requirements

  • Skills You’ll Bring to Our Team:

    • Passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
    • Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
    • Understanding of basic containerization using Docker.
    • Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
    • Understanding of basic systems development concepts (i.e., REST APIs, Authentication, Event-driven architectures).
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members in a remote environment.
    • BS or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience).
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2-4 years of Software Engineering experience with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Experience working and developing with the technologies we use.
    • Experience working in a startup environment.
    • Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices.
    • Previous experience working in national security.
