Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience building complex applications using TypeScript and Python. A track record of shaping and shipping valuable features, as well as driving high-leverage improvements to infrastructure and processes, is essential. Strong communication skills, particularly written, are required, along with the judgment to manage technical debt and risk appropriately. Previous startup experience and DevOps or platform/infrastructure experience are nice-to-have but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Fullstack Software Engineer will be the technical owner for features end-to-end, including systems that power data platforms and web applications. They will ship high-quality, secure, and well-tested software that scales as distributed systems, solving challenging technical problems and coordinating technical roadmap deliveries. Collaboration with operations and revenue teams is essential to respond to user feedback and analytics. The engineer will identify opportunities across the stack and work closely with leadership to define the product roadmap and improve development processes. They will also mentor a growing team of engineers through pair programming and code reviews.
