Requirements
Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, along with excellent knowledge and experience with Python and preferably Go. Strong critical thinking skills and a bias towards problem-solving are essential, as is familiarity with implementing microservice architectures and Kubernetes. Experience with packaging and deploying applications to k8s, building applications that work with data and databases, and deploying production workloads on the public cloud (GCP or AWS) is preferred. Familiarity with Generative AI workflows, frameworks like Langchain, and experience with Streamlit is highly desirable. Strong English communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
The Software Engineer will work with clients to understand their requirements and technical challenges, develop technical designs for solutions, communicate the value of solutions to client teams, create delivery estimates, and act as the lead technical member of implementation projects. They will be responsible for making key technical decisions, unblocking issues, utilizing a broad range of technologies such as Kubernetes, AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop scalable cloud applications, stay abreast of industry trends, work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end cloud solutions, engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting, and demonstrate empathy towards customer complexities.
