Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in large-scale or enterprise environments
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, high-throughput applications
  • Experience developing features with Rust and Kotlin, and a solid understanding of API design in GraphQL services (Rust highly preferred)
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with cloud architecture and platforms such as AWS
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Spinnaker, or GitHub Actions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and develop the core GraphQL platform, including the router, schema workflows, and supporting infrastructure
  • Provide technical support and guidance to platform users
  • Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to find solutions that improve developer productivity
  • Optimize existing observability and monitoring solutions
  • Participate in code reviews to assess overall code quality and flexibility
  • Drive continuous improvement and continuous delivery in our software development process within an agile development team
