Graduate in BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/Instrumentation, Robotics) with 12-15 years of work experience

Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR Architecture and workflows
Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR stacks: COM stack (FlexRay, CAN, LIN), Memory Stack, Diagnostic Stack, OS, Wdg
Experience with 32-bit Microcontroller Architectures: Renesas RH family, Tricore, PowerPC, Arm architecture
Knowledge of Automotive Product Development Process (ASPICE, ISO26262)
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum SW development process

Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements and design high-level Software Architecture, including defining safety and control data flows
Lead microprocessor selection decisions for quoting opportunities
Verify that software architecture design meets all derived software requirements (performance, throughput/latency, moding)
Perform AUTOSAR modeling and system configuration (SWC compositions like Component instances, connectors)
Optimize AUTOSAR-based SW architecture in multicore environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovation or overcome obstacles of owned modules
Plan, monitor, and manage time effectively against targets
