Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with previous experience in an international corporate environment, preferably with payments processing. Knowledge of international regulations and procedures is required, along with proficiency in English (verbal and written) and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and financial systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

As a Site Payments Associate, the individual will be responsible for processing investigator payments according to contractual guidelines, country regulations, and procedures. This includes entering site study budgets, compiling data to generate site payments based on completed patient activities and milestones, reviewing and processing site invoices, and responding to payment-related issues. The role also involves building partnerships with study sites and teams, exhibiting good financial stewardship, and maintaining a fast-paced global environment.
