Requirements

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics principles
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • B. Tech in Computer Science
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, PA Micro-Certification) are a plus
  • Preferred: 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
  • Preferred: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Preferred: Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Performance Analytics solutions in ServiceNow
  • Develop meaningful KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards tailored to business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across analytics modules
  • Optimize platform performance using best practices in scripting and asynchronous processing
  • Maintain and enhance existing analytics configurations and visualizations
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for analytics-related problems
