Staff Software Engineer (Full-Stack with Front-End Focus)

Candidates should have substantial experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs is required, along with strong understanding of performance profiling and browser rendering behavior. Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing tools such as Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright is necessary. Candidates must have experience working across team and organizational boundaries, along with the ability to produce clear technical documentation. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional development environment is also required.
The Senior Web/Fullstack Engineer will identify pain points in frontend web development workflows and implement solutions to improve developer productivity. They will build and maintain internal tools, libraries, and frameworks that enhance frontend development efficiency. The engineer will define and advocate for SDLC best practices tailored to frontend development, and champion performance monitoring and error-tracking best practices. Additionally, they will conduct workshops, create documentation, and mentor engineers to drive adoption of frontend best practices, as well as research and evaluate emerging frontend technologies for potential adoption.
