Responsibilities

Lead the translation of the SCOUT brand promise and strategy into production-ready, user-centered design solutions for in-vehicle interfaces and companion mobile apps
Deliver complete UX flows and edge cases that reflect production-level detail and engineering feasibility, ensuring all designs are implementation-ready
Mentor and guide designers in developing user flows, user stories, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs that express the SCOUT brand voice across digital touchpoints
Oversee the integration of mental models, user journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns to create intuitive, cohesive, and functional experiences that enhance user satisfaction
Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, vehicle systems, and UX research to define and refine features that align with both business goals and brand objectives
Champion and evolve the Community UX Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across vehicle and mobile ecosystems
Partner with development teams to ensure accurate execution of UX specifications through to production release
Manage multiple high-impact projects, balancing hands-on design leadership with strategic oversight and clear communication to stakeholders and executives
