- 10–20 years of experience in structural/bridge design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland (or ability to obtain)

- Background in managing projects for state transportation agencies (Maryland DOT experience strongly preferred)

Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design and management of bridge projects, from concept through construction
- Prepare contract documents, specifications, and bid packages; provide oversight during construction phase services
- Monitor project schedules, scopes, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Direct and mentor design engineers and CAD/drafting staff
- Collaborate with subconsultants and internal teams to maintain coordination across disciplines
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, presenting technical solutions clearly and effectively
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and design calculations
